Dont't just do it! :-(

Nicely peacefully situated in the forest of the island

The room war very basic - especially the shabby bathroom. No space to sit anywhere - neither inside nor outside. Extremly overpriced: Charging 80 € per night for the high season (NYE) fpr a value of max. 20 €.

The worst night ever.

We choosed this hotel only because of the swimming pool. When we arrived, the pool was completely Green and out of service. During night in bungalow we couldnt sleep because everything was wet, our clothes, bed, everything because of the humidity. UNDER THE BED WAS MOLD EVERYWHERE. So for people Who are alergic could be very big problem. After one night we left, they didnt want to give us our money back, after 2 hours they understood that there is no other option. We highly do not recommend this resort!!!!!!

For people who like it quiet and be close to nature.

Good breakfast with instant coffe, tee, eggs, fruit and thaistyle breakfast. Friendly people - especially the management. Nice pool area, quiet place for relaxing - especially for couples. In the night you hear only the crickets and in the morning the birds.

The rooms too small and not as comfortable as in a hotel. You don't have TV or fridge. The price for the motorbikes is much higher than in other locations, the bicycles are in a bad condition but cheap. Walking to the beach is possible but not fun.

Alot over priced for what it is.

Alot over priced for what it is. Most positive word I can come up with is rustic.

On check in and discovering dried blood on the sheets was a very poor start. The giant ants circling the toilet was a put off as well. No mirror in the bathroom so couldn't shave. No soap holder. The mosquito net had holes in it. The location requires a moped to get anywhere but then again that goes for the whole island. Koh Kood is a paradise lost but make sure you find the right place to stay.

Too expensive for old bungalows.

The bungalows are out of usage and old. No furniture, no toiletries. Bed on the floor. Smelly and under renovation bathroom. Towels with holes. It's too expensive for what it is.

Suitable for adventurers ready to sacrifice lux and comfort for a traditional experience

Authentic Thai experience in a traditional bungalow, if you're up for that. Located in the "jungle" but close to nice beaches

Definitely not for everyone: pool was dirty and it's far from luxury.

Nice and quiet place to stay close to nature.

Nice and quiet place. Beautiful trees and garden around the place. Happy and very helpful staffs. Food are lovely! Esp crab stir-fried in yellow curry- awesome!

Cleanliness of the room. Floor and furniture are dusty. Air ventilation in room is not good, so the room got smelly sometimes.

Most lousy ever. Just don't go there.

The accommodation was absolutely substandard. The bathroom was not only shabby, which would be a euphemism but it was literally in such poor condition that it was nauseating. Apart from that, it appeared that it wasn't cleaned for ages. The bedroom had a mattress on the floor No other seating arrangements or possibilities. No table etc. The floor was dirty and full of stains. The whole room allowed insects or other animals to come in. The outside was disgusting with a pond with horrible smelling brown water, allowing myriads of Dengue mosquitos to do their job. The whole place in a stage of dilapidation. Absolutely sickening. No one can stay there unless totally intoxicated. I am now convinced that all the poor critics about this resort are correct.

Overpriced resort with poor facilities

Good location, pleasant enough staff.

Poor breakfast choice, the swimming pool was green. Bed mattress on the floor. No cupboards or shelves, no seating area outside. Way overpriced.....there are better and more affordable options on the island. We won't be returning in a hurry... Oh and the Aircon sucked

The room is clean.

The location is hard to go outside esp at night. If you want to go out. You have to rent a bike but not from here.. the price isn’t reasonable. They’ll charge you 400 baht per day. Its better to rent from another. (only 250 baht per day)

Don’t bother booking this place! The pics make it look a lot better than it is. For the money it’s just not worth it

The pool was cloudy, I wasn’t showed to my room, there was never anyone at the bar. All the staff were always sat in the corner smoking. No one cleaned my room in 5 days as they “don’t do that and we was not told this before we arrived.

Enjoyed very much. Would go back.

Staff friendly! Helpful! Spoke good English. Close to beautiful beach! And waterfall which is free. Bungalows were nice and had everything one would need but small. Swimming pool was good.

Motorbikes were expensive but there were near by rental places which were far cheaper. No laundry service.

I wouldn't book it again as I complained about the noise and my money for the booking was simply kept without any op

The Tiny Houses in front of the pool is verry loud, you can hear everything from outside. I must be changed my room because at the morning I woke up by Miley Cirus at 7am and the music and other guest and the staff talks into the night arround 11pm. I asking for changed my date to shorter booking to look for a another more quiet resort but the hotels doesn’t allowed and keep my money. Luckily, after 2 days I was able to move to a quieter room at the end of the resort.

I felt like I was camping in a hotel.

The place it is a lot of potential to be a nice hotel. Lots of trees and nature surrounded.

The bungalow was in a poor condition. We needed to close the door with a piece of wood and a lock. The door couldn't be totally closed; we could see through it. The curtains and the net in the bed had many holes and were damaged. The bungalow was elevated around 70cm from the soil, so in the bathroom, we could see the soil between the wood. The hotel doesn't clean the rooms, and when you enter the room, there is a big list of what you will pay if you damage something, but then everything was damaged in the rooms. Also, the staff wasn't very kind; I don't know if it was because they had trouble speaking in English or not, but sometimes I asked for their assistance, and they would talk with the manager or something, but then they didn't give me any response. Basically, the communication was weird.
